The Dickinson College women’s lacrosse team finished a busy week with a 1-2 record, bringing their overall record to 4-2 in the young regular season. The #18 Red Devils lost to #6 ranked Trinity on Tuesday 14-7.

Trinity answered with a three goal run before Morrissey and sophomore Maddy Siebold helped claw the Red Devils within striking distance at 6-4. Trinity’s offense remained impressive and sparked another three goal spurt pushing the lead to 9-4 at halftime. O’Brien assisted classmate Kelly Haglund immediately out of the break before Siebold scored her second goal to pull the Red Devils within three. Trinity responded and quelled the Dickinson run. O’Brien facilitated the offense once again but this time found junior Caroline Clancy in front of the net to keep the deficit at three.
