Caf Creations: Munster Monster

I hate waiting in lines in the caf, so I will often find myself trying to figure out how I can get a hearty meal while avoiding the lines. Most of the time I’ll just get some soup and salad, but if I’m lucky, my friend, Ian Ridgway ’19, will share some of his quesadilla with me. Ian makes the best quesadillas. He attributes this to the mix of cheeses he fills his deli tortilla with: Munster and Cheddar. Typically, Ian also fills his quesadillas with chicken and onion from the salad bar, but on special occasions the caf has bacon for him to include in his creation. Ian likes to dip his quesadillas in BBQ sauce. The nice thing about the quesadilla is that it really is up to the creator as to what it is filled with. Cold cuts, vegetables, dressings and sauces are a few things the caf always has in abundance, and all of them can go inside a quesadilla.
