Straight from the Plate: Quarry Margarita Pita

I found the margarita pita at the Quarry to be pretty tasty. I liked the Italian seasoning they put on it because otherwise it would be really bland. While this meal was yummy it does come with some down sides. Tomatoes and peppers must be pressed because they are in the pita, however doing this causes them to be very dripping. This makes the pita to be a bite of a mess, so I would not recommend eating it in your favorite top. I also wasn’t full when I was done eating it, so I had to go back in and get a cream cheese filled cinnamon pretzel. I’ve been craving one of these all week though so that wasn’t really too big a deal. A bag of chips as a side with your pita would probably suffice.
