Activities on campus and hobbies: Avani is part of the Random Acts of Kindness club x MOB. “I enjoy reading and attempting to write creative works” Avani says. “I also really like listening to any music and cooking as well.”

What makes their style unique: Avani’s style avoids current fashion trends. “Of course I will integrate these trends in my outfits, I really try to focus on what makes me look good and feel confident.”

Favorite stores: H&M and Primark are her favorite places to shop for clothes.

Favorite era of fashion: Avani likes 2010s fashion because, “the modern era really allows everyone to dress how they like and have the freedom to express themselves through their clothing”.

Importance of fashion in every-day life: “I think fashion is a way for me to feel positive about my appearance” Avani explains, “but also some days you need to be lazy and not care what people think and go out in sweatshirt and sweatpants”. She feels that dressing up is something people should do for themselves.
