In the second round, both the Red Devils and the Fighting Scots had scoring chances, but defense was the name of the game for the first thirty minutes of the match, as neither team could find the back of the net.

The second half saw both teams pressing on the offensive end as the Red Devils looked for insurance while the Fighting Scots tried to net the equalizer.
