Straight from the Plate Caf Food Reviews

For lunch the other day, I felt like taking a break from polutry and decided to go for some veggies. I went for the Chickpea and Vegetable Tagine with Quinoa from the KOVE. Overall, the tagine had a nice blend of spices, although in my opinion, it could’ve benefited from a bit more heat, as well as a touch more salt. This led to me actually adding some more salt, despite all of the spices in the sauce. The chickpeas had a good texture, but I would’ve liked some more zucchini in my portion, as I received mainly tomatoes. All in all, this was a healthy and filling dish that is a great option for those who are vegan/vegetarian, or who just don’t feel like eating the usual chicken or beef at the Caf.
