Last Saturday I tried out the Quarry for the first time. The variety was good and I spent a solid five minutes deciding what to have. Eventually, I stumbled upon a picture of a meatball sub and I knew that I had to try it. 

When I finally got the sub I was carrying the sandwich like Gollum would carry the ring; I was that hungry. I took a bite and was immediately impressed. The seasoning on the sandwich was perfect, and the tomato sauce was neither bland nor strong enough to overwhelm the taste of the meatballs. 

The provolone cheese was melted perfectly and helped keep the meatballs that were trying to escape from falling out of my sandwich. When I first looked at the sandwich I thought it was a little small, but one bite into it revealed the many meatballs that lied hidden beneath the surface. The sandwich was great and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for some comfort food with an Italian edge.
